• As District 2 Rep. for 10 years, opposed basement apartment expansion without resident consent in District meetings
• Supported ADU projects when residents and city staff were in favor
• Supported the Rental Dwelling Licence and other enforcement tools at public meetings
• Opposed neighbors gathering signatures to legalize apartments

Infill (Dividing existing homes/lots)

• Hannah opposed the twin home proposal on a single-family lot in District 2
• Opposed an infill proposal from Jeff Rand near Cedar Ave. in the Wasatch neighborhood

High-Density Development

• Opposed the Bulkley Draw proposal in neighborhood meetings, asking for lower density, hillside preservation, canyon access, greenspace, and trails
• Raised concerns about mudslide history for Bulkley Draw in a public meeting
• No public record on high-density projects outside District 2
• Opposes relocating Splash Summit to Slate Canyon; advocates for conservation zones there and in Provo Canyon
• Organized community conservation service projects for Slate Canyon while serving as Southeast Area Vice Chair
• Asked that the Critical Hillside (CH) Overlay remain intact during review of the Bulkley Draw project
• Publicly stated she preferred a “resident crafted permit system” over the parking ban
• Proposed a permit system on Slate Canyon Dr. to preserve resident street parking
