ISSUE #5 – FAILURE TO SUPPORT CITIZENS
Jeff Whitlock voted to approve projects that did not follow the recommendations of various volunteer committees and boards. He voted without neighborhood meetings being held. He approved developments after changes had been made to their proposals since the neighborhood meetings, so that the proposals that were voted on were significantly different from the ones the neighborhoods had seen.
